15-18 December BIG MEETING OF AGRICULTURE SECTOR The leaders of Agriculture sector meets in AgroEurasia 2011 AgroEurasia 2011, 6th Agriculture, Stock Breeding, Seed Raising, Sapling, Poultry and Dairy Industry Fair organised by TÜYAP Fairs and Exhibitions Organization Inc. in cooperation with Turkish Ministry of Agriculture, Union of Turkish Chambers of Agriculture and Turkish Association of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers (TARMAKBİR) and the fair also supported by The Oilseeds & Agricultural Sales Cooperatives Union of Thrace, Agriculture Credit Cooperatives, KOSGEB Small and Medium Industry Development Organization. VISITOR DETAILS GENERAL VISITOR RANGE AGROEURASIA FAIR 2010, EURASIA STOCKBREEDING 2010 and TRACTOR SIDE INDUSTRY 2010 Fair held at Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center – Buyukcekmece had been visited by 31.652 visitors from 44 countries including Turkey. Domestic and Foreign Visitors
The fair showed 48,32% increase in the recent 3 three years term with respect to visitor figures. Please find below the visitors range for the recent three years. FOREIGN VISITORS Upon examination of the data forms filled out by visitors during their access to AGROEURASIA FAIR 2010, EURASIA STOCKBREEDING 2010 and TRACTOR SIDE INDUSTRY 2010 Fair, it has been found out that visitors from 43 foreign countries were present. This year, compared to 2009, visitors from 17 unprecedented countries were present. Namely; Afghanistan, Bahrain, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Denmark, Finland, Kosovo, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Senegal, Serbia, Ukraine and Yemen As a result of the efforts made abroad throughout the year for the industry and target markets, visitors from Europe and Middle East generated 76,86% of total foreign visitors. In addition to the independent visitors, total purchase committees consisting of professionals visited the fair upon our invite. During the fair, we hosted committees fromBulgaria, Egypt, Syria, Macedonia, Georgia and Russia. DOMESTIC VISITORS AGROEURASIA FAIR 2010, EURASIA STOCKBREEDING 2010 and TRACTOR SIDE INDUSTRY 2010 Fair were visited by visitors from 55 towns, of which 30,38% were from Istanbul and the remaining 69,62% were from other towns. DOMESTIC COMMITTEES We, Tüyap, under the purpose of eligible purchase committees, covered transportation expenses thereof and hosted at fair ground the professionals from 15 towns, where relevant industrial activities are widespread.
